Up the Vitamin C
Consume at least 1000 milligrams of Vitamin C everyday. More Vitamin C in your system will acidify your urine and will slow bacterial growth. Giving your body a greater chance of flushing it out before it becomes a problem.
Use pads in place of tampons
Sometimes tampons aren’t completely clean and introduce foreign bacteria into our bodies. They also don’t allow our body to completely flush out bacteria ridden fluids. If you suffer from chronic UTI, try switching to pads.
Change your wiping motion
Always wipe from front to back. Enough said.
Slow down the sex life.
Yes sex is great. But if chronic UTI is a problem, stop having sex for awhile. Let your body completely recover and flush everything out. Once you’re feeling 100% again, jump back into the sack.
Important - Drink lots of fluids!
I can’t tell you how important it is to drink lots of water. Water is life and allows our body to function. Water will flush away toxins and hydrate us for our daily lives. Drink more of it and you’ll feel 1000x better.
